Max Hogan, OWLClaw's founder, wanted a third option for his daughter: something with the warmth of a bedtime story, the giggles of a joke book, the pride of a finished coloring page — and the safety of an app where a parent holds every key. He couldn't find it, so he built it.

Ollie the Owl became the heart of it: a patient, gently funny companion who never runs out of stories, never loses patience with the four-hundredth "why?", and always plays at exactly your child's level.
