These terms cover your use of the OWLClaw app and the owlclaw.app website, operated by LegacyShift AI LLC ("we", "us"). By using OWLClaw you agree to them.

1. Who OWLClaw is for

OWLClaw is designed for children aged 5–10 used under a parent or guardian's supervision and consent. The account holder and subscriber is always the parent or guardian, who is responsible for the device and settings.

2. Your subscription

OWLClaw Premium is an optional subscription ($9.99/month or $99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), currently purchased through Google Play. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed in your Google Play account and follow Google Play's terms. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.

3. Fair use

Daily and monthly usage allowances (for example, coloring pages per day and premium voice time) exist to keep OWLClaw sustainable and are shown transparently in the app. We may adjust allowances to protect the service, and we will always show current limits in the app.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service, bypass usage limits, or use OWLClaw's output to harm others. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other families.

5. Content your child creates

Coloring pages and stories generated in your family's app are yours to print, keep and share for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what little data we collect and why. It forms part of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

OWLClaw is a play and creativity companion, not a substitute for education, childcare, or professional advice. The service is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it available and gentle, but we can't promise uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to these terms we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
